On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds for children or young adults), a bathroom/WC and a mezzanine with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a desk. All of this overlooks the main driveway and a shady garden with barbecue. Access to the large garden overlooking the Dordogne allows you to sit in deckchairs facing the river. The overall atmosphere is cool in the summer and warmed if necessary by a wood burning stove. The large space allows a group of friends or a family to get together.
